Jacob E. Moses is a commercial litigator who represents clients in a variety of business disputes, including contract disputes, business torts and fraud, real estate and construction disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings. Jacob is a passionate advocate who dedicates himself to promoting his clients’ interests through a thoughtful approach to dispute resolution.
Jacob was born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Philosophy, from the University of Tennessee. Jacob also earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. As a law student, he served as a research editor for the Tennessee Journal of Leadership, Law, and Policy and was recognized for his commitment to academic achievement.
Before joining Campbell Perky Johnson, Jacob practiced civil litigation in Nashville. His practice primarily focused on insurance defense and provided him invaluable litigation experience. Jacob is admitted to practice before all Tennessee courts, including U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee; U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee.
In his spare time, Jacob enjoys staying active, supporting Tennessee athletics, attending concerts, fishing, and traveling.
